GREEN GODDESS DRESSING
The Green Goddess Dressing is a creamy, herb-infused dressing that’s thought to have its first creation in San Francisco in 1923. It’s a delicious, vibrant and extremely yummy dressing!
Ingredients:
1/2 packed cup parsley
1/2 cup packed mixed herbs: cilantro, mint, basil
2 tablespoons green onion
1 tablespoon capers
1 clove garlic
3/4 cup tahini
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
2 tbsp Green onions
½ tsp Salt
1 tbsp Olive oil
¼ Cup Water
2 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
1 tbspWhite vinegar
Instructions
Process: add the parsley, herbs, green onion, tahini, lemon, and salt to a food processor. Process until the herbs are finely chopped and a thick mixture remains.
Thin it Out: Start by adding 1/4 cup of water to the mixture and start processing . Depending on your tahini and if you want dip or a dressing, you may need to add more water.
