VEGAN DUMPLINGS
WE ❤️ dumplings! This vegan vegetable dumpling, is very easy to make and delicious. It's perfect for a lunch or dinner.
Ingredients:
1 package of dumpling wraps (50p)
7 oz. tofu
9 oz. mushroom
½ cup of cabbage
½ cup zucchini
¼ White onion
3 tbsp oil
2 garlic cloves
1 tbsp ginger
1 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp cornstarch
1 tbsp rice vinegar
¼ tsp pepper
Instructions
Chop all veggies and tofu into small bits and toss in a bowl with all other ingredients (except oil).
Put oil in pan and stir fry the mix for about 10 minutes until veggies are cooked. Then let it cool.
After mix has cooled off fill the wrappers using a small spoon of mix per wrapper and closing them with water in the tips. Repeat the process for al dumplings.
Use flour to place the dumplings down to avoid them getting stuck to surfaces.
After they’re done you can either quickly stir fry for 5 minutes and then steam in a pot or directly steam in a pot for 10-15 minutes.
Make the dipping sauce of your choice and done!
